Customer & Import Fees
Updated over a year ago

Please note that Lazuli Label ships all orders from the United Kingdom. If you reside outside of the UK, additional import fees may apply depending on your location.

These import fees, known as Customs Duty, are imposed by the local customs authority and are not the responsibility of Lazuli Label. The amount you are required to pay varies based on factors such as your location, the value of the goods, and the type of goods. Please see below for specific information pertaining to certain countries.

Canada

When shipping goods to Canada, you may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or Customs Duties. Unless exempt, a 5% GST must be paid on items imported into Canada by mail, in addition to any Customs Duties. Depending on the type and value of the goods, other taxes such as excise duty may also apply. There are certain exceptions to the GST payment, including goods valued at CAN$20 or less and gifts from family members or friends living abroad valued at CAN$60 or less. Additionally, if you reside in a participating province, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at a rate of up to 15% may be collected instead of the GST.

USA

For orders exceeding a value of USD$800, import tax will be applied. For more detailed information, we recommend checking with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for further guidance.

Australia

Orders valued above AUS$1000 will be subject to import tax. To obtain more information, we suggest referring to the Department of Home Affairs for specific details.

Please be aware that the information provided above is subject to change and it's advisable to verify the current regulations and fees with the relevant authorities in your country.
